ITVTC Rules

GENERAL RULES

As a VTC member, you must follow all the official TruckersMP rules. All TruckersMP rules can be found here.

You should respect all players within the VTC as well as on the road and not use insults. If someone disrespects you, don't retaliate and insult back. You should report the user by using creating a ticket on our discord.

You should respect all the staff members. If a staff is insulting you, you can report it at our mailbox [email protected]

Should stay active in the VTC as well as in discord. Must attend at least 2 convoys in a month or should complete 500 km in a job logged in ITVTC’s Drivers Hub. Any of the Upper Staff should be informed if you are having any issues or will be inactive for some time.

Sharing confidential news / messages with other VTC members or any other person is strictly prohibited. This will lead to a permanent ban from the VTC.

COMPANY RULES

Any of ITVTC member is not allowed to be in any other VTC and/or participating / driving as other VTC’s member while in INDIAN TRUCKERS.

Rejoining Cooldown applies as followed:-

  • 1st Rejoin - 1 week cooldown
  • 2nd Rejoin - 2 weeks cooldown
  • 3rd Rejoin - 1 month cooldown
  • 4th Rejoin - 3 months cooldown
  • 5th Rejoin - 6 months cooldown
These are considered including a member leaving or is removed from INDIAN TRUCKERS VTC. Rejoins only count for past 1 Year only.

Your in-game tag must always be set to ITVTC. If you're found with a changed tag, you will receive a warning for the first violation. Failure to comply or a second violation will result in removal from the VTC. For more details, click here.

If any of the ITVTC member is creating problem in game, it is always preferable to report that member through the VTC reporting system by #┃ create-ticket.. This will lead us to properly manage the VTC as well as members fault will be corrected.

You should be registered on ITVTC’s DriversHub. within a week after you get accepted in the VTC. Otherwise, this can lead to a warning and then a kick from the VTC.

If you wish to work for any other ETS2 or ATS Community, you are required to tell ITVTC HR Manager or Head Manager about the same. Failing to that will lead to, but not limited to, a kick from the VTC.

If you are banned from Truckers MP while your application is in progress or while you are a member of ITVTC, you must inform about the same to the Upper Staff team also you can share your how not to drive in our discord server #┃🚫 ban-recordings

If you wish to Leave INDIAN TRUCKERS VTC, you should inform us for the Same by creating a ticket from #┃ create-ticket.

ITVTC DRIVERSHUB RULES

If found using Money, XP or any other mod that will affect the VTC Statistics will lead to a strict action to be taken against you.

Development Team has worked hard to make the DriversHub and its client, but the client still may contain some bugs. If we found you exploiting any of the bugs, your previous statistics will immediately will be removed and all your data will be reset.

If you intentionally drive below the convoy speed, attempt to complete a real job [< 100km/h], or cause disruptions that create gaps, you will receive a warning and have your job deleted for the first violation. For subsequent violations, appropriate actions will be taken, including receiving no Convoy Attendance and a deduction of 2,000 IT Points.

If you pick jobs during the convoy, you may only select a trailer with a maximum weight of 5 tons. If the job weight exceeds 5 tons (e.g., 5.1 tons), this rule will be violated. For the first violation, you will receive a warning, and the job will be deleted. For any subsequent violations, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include no Convoy Attendance, deletion of the job, and a reduction of 2,000 IT Points.

ITVTC EVENT RULES

As a member of INDIAN TRUCKERS, you should always keep in mind that while in any event in game where you are representing ITVTC, you should behave like good player only to improve and maintain the Goodwill of INDIAN TRUCKERS.

As a member of INDIAN TRUCKERS, you are allowed to attend any public convoy unofficially. However if ITVTC is attending any event Officially you are not allowed to attend the same event Unofficially.

Driving Recklessly/ overtaking without asking staff during any of the private/public Convoy/Event when representing INDIAN TRUCKERS Will cause a kick or a ban from the VTC.

Only trucks provided by us in our ⁠┃👮convoy-accoutn are allowed in the convoy. Bringing a different truck or a car will result in a warning and no convoy attendance for the first violation. For subsequent violations, further actions will be taken, including being fired from the VTC.

You must be in the ⁠╰🚛🚛On The Road voice channel (on Discord during the entire convoy. You are not permitted to remain deafened for the entire convoy. In special cases, you must inform a member of the Staff Team.

4.6.1 You should read ╭🚚🚚 convoy-details channel in our discord where you can find all the details related to the convoys.

4.6.2 You will be notified on the day of every convoy. Keep a check at ╭┃📢announcement.. You can also follow the channel on your own discord server.

4.7.1 Please listen to instructions given by the Event Staff.

4.7.2 Keep a distance of at least 70-100m from the truck in front of you.

4.7.3 Please Respect all the members in the CONVOY.

4.7.4 Drive Safely and Speed Appropriately.

4.8.1 You should drive appropriately while in public events to maintain the reputation of INDIAN TRUCKERS.

4.8.2 You should respect all the members around you.

4.8.3 If you are found driving recklessly, strict action will be taken against you.

CONVOY PROFILES

Modifying the trucks and trailers provided in ⁠┃👮convoy-account is strictl prohibited. Bringing modified vehicles to convoys while representing INDIAN TRUCKERS will result in a warning for the first offense, with potential consequences leading up to a permanent ban from the VTC. Additionally, no convoy attendance will be granted for that convoy.

You are free to use INDIAN TRUCKERS Official convoy trucks/livery for doing random jobs or free roam but driving responsibly is what we expect while in ITVTC Livery.

You can use convoy account for free roam and jobs as well. Also you can purchase a truck of your choice and modify that truck as per your choice. But do not modify any trucks provided by us in the convoy account.

Convoy Points and Attendance Rules

You will not be able to mark your attendance status 30 minutes before the convoy departure. You should mark attendance early to avoid any issues.

Tick: Will attended the convoy.
Cross: Will not attend the convoy.
Tentative: Unsure if you can attend the convoy.

Points are awarded based on your attendance percentage across convoys:

  • Tick:
  • Attend more than 80% of convoys: +1,000 IT Points
  • Attend more than 50% of convoys: +500 IT Points
  • Attend more than 10% of convoys: 0 IT Points
  • Attend less than 10% of convoys: -500 IT Points
  • Tentative:
  • Attend more than 80% of convoys: +500 IT Points
  • Attend more than 50% of convoys: +250 IT Points
  • Attend less than 50% of convoys: 0 IT Points
  • Cross:
  • Attend more than 80% of convoys: +250 IT Points
  • Attend more than 50% of convoys: +100 IT Points
  • Attend less than 50% of convoys: 0 IT Points

After attending 3 convoys with attendance percentages between 50% and 80% in a month, you will no longer receive convoy attendance and Convoy points for subsequent convoys in this category. You will only earn Convoy points and convoy attendance if you exceed 80% attendance after exhausting your 3-convoy safe zone.

★6.5.1 - ITVTC members who participate as External Convoy Control (CC) in any event that the VTC is attending will receive Half IT Points from usual.
★6.5.2 - To be eligible for these points, members must mark their status on the calendar as Attending as CC.
★6.5.3 - To get access inform the staff via a support ticket, confirming to be added to CC List.

While you apply for INDIAN TRUCKERS, you accept all the rules, and hereby INDIAN TRUCKERS can remove any of the members if found violating any of these rules and guidelines.
